Public money and private generosity both deserve a receipt
The association publishes an annual activity and financial report, submits statutory reporting to the Moldovan authorities, and gives every member the right to inspect its accounts.
Public-benefit status
The association pursues exclusively public-benefit objectives in the field of social protection and the rights of persons with disabilities. It has no commercial purpose and distributes no profit to founders, members, staff or third parties.
Legal compliance
Operations follow the Law on Non-Commercial Organisations of the Republic of Moldova, the Law on Social Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities, and national accounting standards. Annual reporting is submitted to the Public Services Agency and the State Tax Service.
Independent verification
Accounts are reviewed each year by an internal auditor elected by the General Assembly. Project grants are additionally audited according to each donor's own requirements.

Indicative allocation of total expenditure across the last three reporting years. Administrative overheads are deliberately kept below 10%, and no member of the advisory board receives remuneration.

Every contribution — financial, in-kind or professional — is recorded in the association's register with its date, source, stated purpose and destination programme. Donors receive written confirmation, and restricted contributions are tracked separately so that funds given for a specific purpose can never be used for another.
- Acceptance policy. The association declines contributions whose source cannot be identified, or whose conditions would compromise its independence or its non-discrimination policy.
- In-kind equipment. Donated wheelchairs and aids are inspected, inventoried and, where necessary, refurbished before distribution. Items that cannot be made safe are recycled, never handed on.
- Reporting. Restricted grants are reported to the donor according to the agreed schedule; unrestricted contributions appear in the annual report.
- Conflict of interest. Board members and staff must declare any personal interest in a supplier or beneficiary decision and abstain from the vote.
- Complaints. Any member, beneficiary or donor may raise a concern in writing to the executive director; unresolved matters go to the internal auditor and then to the General Assembly.
