1. Who operates this website

This website is operated by Asociaţia Invalizilor cu Dereglări ale Aparatului Locomotor, a non-commercial association registered in the Republic of Moldova under IDNO 1009620002196, with its registered office at Strada Lenin 188, MD-3800, Comrat, ATU Gagauzia.

2. Purpose of the site

The website exists to inform the public about the association's mission, programmes, governance and reporting, and to allow individuals and institutions to contact us. It does not provide medical, legal or financial advice, and nothing published here creates a professional relationship between you and the association.

3. Accuracy of information

We take reasonable care that content is accurate and current at the time of publication. Programme details, statistics and reporting figures may change; where a decision depends on a specific figure or eligibility rule, please confirm it with the office before relying on it.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the site or its forms to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content.

Information you send through the contact or volunteer forms is treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sending a message does not create an obligation on the association to provide assistance; eligibility for programmes is assessed individually and depends on available resources.

6. Intellectual property

The name, emblem, texts, photographs and design of this site belong to the association or are used with permission. You may quote and reproduce content for non-commercial, informational, educational or journalistic purposes provided the association is clearly credited and the meaning is not distorted. Use of the association's name or emblem to solicit funds, or in a way that implies endorsement, requires prior written agreement.

The site may link to external resources, including an embedded map service. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of third-party sites.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
