Why we exist
Outside Chișinău, most public buildings, clinics, schools and shops were built long before accessibility was written into law. A person who uses a wheelchair in Comrat can be physically unable to reach a family doctor, a pension office or a polling station. Mobility equipment is expensive, spare parts are scarce, and repairs often mean months without a chair.
Our association was founded by people who live with these barriers themselves. We combine practical help — equipment, repairs, rehabilitation, transport — with patient, evidence-based advocacy in front of local authorities. We do not replace state services; we make sure people actually reach them.
What we do
Each programme was created in response to a need our members raised at a general assembly. Together they cover the practical, medical, legal and social sides of living with a locomotor disability.
