You may only monitor websites you own or are authorized to monitor, and must follow our Acceptable Use Policy.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis once billing launches. Prices are shown on the Pricing page.
Service availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee that monitoring will detect every issue or run without interruption.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the prior 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms and will notify account holders of material changes.
